OHC screwed up

OHC screwed up
SO,
My fuel gauge mostly just sticks at full. Figured it was my sending unit. Planned to fix it whenever I had time to drop the tank and do the hutch mods or whatever. So itll come down to the actual fuel level every once in a while. Ive noticed that the OHC will read 320ish miles to empty cuz of the fuel gauge being off. But the temperature will also read wacky. But, when the fuel gauge goes back to normal, the miles to empty reads correct, and the outdoor temp is correct. So this is leading me to believe it is a computer issue??? Where would one start to try to diagnose this? Also, my RPM gauge will sometimes shut off, if I smack the dash itll normally pop back up.

It sounds like you have several problems that may or may not be related.
I've read of the dash issue and it seems that it is usually something with the cluster itself. IIRC there's a company/guy on eBay that fixes them if you don't want to spend a small fortune for a new cluster.
My OHC died years ago. I've read that the circuit boards are not the most robust construction and the solders don't hold over the long haul (being installed in the roof can't help matters either). You can pull your computer down and try to resolder. I've also seen eBay sellers that offer repair services for this.
I have a similar tank level issue where it will either stay on 'E' when I fill it or drop to 1/4 tank until it feels like displaying actual level. I've read about the wires catching the float or sending unit issues. I don't know of any common issues other than zip ties on the wires to keep them out of the way. Someday I'll replace mine but my trip odometer works so it's not a pressing matter (just annoying).
