Love the 38/39. Appears to be a 3/4 or 1 ton. I didn't know they came with the parking lights in the headlight stands, I thought that those were first used on the '40 big trucks. Maybe someone changed them out or maybe they were a Ford of Canada thing?

'39 one ton; The dump grain bed on the '46 is a cool addition with a side dump spout and a dump gate made from the original sheet metal. It must have a hoist.

.....Another one that followed me home. ....
...Now this one was a bit of an adventure. ........
...This is how you fix saggy doors down on the farm.
Dual straight pipes... Must have sounded neat hauling a hundred bushels of wheat to market.
...And in the middle of a cow pasture.... Be carefull where you step.
...In fact it was a bit of an obsticale course.....
...So I get it home and find something interesting.... Key broke off in the ignition...
...
so how do you fix that. ... Take out the throttle control, install after market ignition switch.....
....Now for a throttle control, simply mount one under the dash. .......
Big hole in the fire wall. Extra room is .. ah .. good. ... Now lets go engine side.....
...Note the throttle linkage, and the solinoid wires, and all that electricians tape....... Man the sparks must have flew...
Anyways, now safe and sound in my back 40. ....
And the easy made hood latch..... Ah .. yeah....

I see that you have a new pickup and different trailer. Did you wear out the first trailer by hauling Ford trucks home. I would like to do that! Thanks for the detail pics. The dashboard ***** look different than the U.S. version.

....Found this critter about 10 years ago.
...Finally tracked down the owner last year. A few $$ changed hands and it went home with me.....
Even had a welcoming committee.....
...Hey, wheres everybody going... Should have brought a nice gift like a fresh bale of hay....
....Once again, watch where you step........
...So loaded up..... one last goodbye to its tractor buddies...
...Now safe and sound in my back 40 with its relatives....
Another good day in my world......
Stan.
