Low cost alternative:
Build Massive Arms With Cluster Sets - Bodybuilding.com
I'll look for a thread about this, there was one recently iirc.
Edit to add:

That's F series trucks. But that's what you are up against. Not a lot of new stuff available, several parts to replace, pumps to add, etc. All to be gotten from your friendly local medium truck scrap yard for the most part.

Funny, I was looking to find out the same thing whether the N series had power steering available. I have a 1969 N600 with a worn out steering gear box (no power steering). I was thinking if I replace it, it sure would be nice to have power steering!
Well, judging from the last diagram, it appears that there was indeed a steering gear box equipped with power steering. Now, where could I find such a thing?

All these parts are obsolete, N series are hard to find in junkyards, even more so with P/S
But, it may be possible that I can find NOS internal parts for your manual steering gear box, or...
You could send it to Red Head Steering Gears (redheadsteeringgears.com) in Seattle and have them rebuild it for you.
