The cab for your truck vs the 65 and 66 styleside trucks(smooth side) is different then yours is. Your type of cab was used on all of the non unibody/integral bodied trucks thru 1964 model year. It was also used on 65 and 66 F350 and 1966 F250 4WD and 1965 F100 and F250 4WD. The easiest way of telling is the type of instep present when you open the door...yours has a deeper curved one whereas the 65-6 2WD and 1966 F100 4WD has a straight step which is noticably narrower then yours.
As for the cab mount on the cab...the steel structure, I am not sure if its the same as the 65-6 or not but I know others on here will chime in soon enough.
