Congrats on the '49 ; will need lots of attention but I'd assume that why you rescued it in the first place.

Lots of options available to you with the build; I went with the 5.0L '90 Crown Vic and AOD cause it was the donor I had for $300.00. Used MII front aftermarket front end, which drops the front by 3".

I have similar "two tone" color scheme similar to what you may go with. Lots of pics in my gallery with individual parts for rear end, cab , etc.

Welcome to the "never ending story" of truck building. I am using FG lower front fenders, too lazy for now to use the metal ones I have. Looks like your truck is fairly complete, so just time and money will set your pace.
