I purchased a factory replacement last year from him. Still wasn't real cheap...I think it was around $140 or $180 including shipping. It fit and matched the original fabric perfectly though...

EDIT: My pad/cushion was still good so I didn't need to replace that part. All I replaced was the cover since mine was torn from years of entering and exiting.
