No sir, work calls. Let me know if you find anything good and where the place is.

Did the $.25 cent mod today (yeah, only had time for one side) but also did a re-torque (bolts were still nice and tight) and installed four new Motorcraft glow plugs.

Installed Riffraff's plenum inserts/T bolt clamps, disconnected my EBPV solenoid and added the resistor to kill the soft code. Oh yeah, I lost one of the nuts that hold the '7.3 PowerStroke' engine cover :-roll.

I bought her two more KC lights for behind the grille, I can't wait to put them on! She's only a 2wd but the lights add that "special" touch.

Thanks for taking time out to do a dinasaur throw down... Because it would've sucked if I had to do it myself. Right...

Yup, now when do we start on these on-board air systems?

Last night finally got the coolant leak fixed in the return tube to the water pump. Took well over 5 hours after disassembling the intake manifold.

The first picture is the tube for reference where the hole was, and the second is the close-up, the third is the tube connection to the back of the water pump.

Just for reference the possible cause from the location of the hole, directly opposite side of the return nipple, would be a sand blasting effect of the particle of debris in the coolant wore a hole in the tube.

So not so dirty coolant with any sediment can cause a major repair, lesson learned here.

I also replaced the thermostat (had some corrosion) and the serpentine belt (which needed it badly) while we had it apart.

Do you have a compressor yet?

Is the solenoid bad?

Injectors O rings? No, they're still good. I'm sure I'll upgrade injectors before the O rings are shot. This only has 120K miles on it. I just wanted to get some preventative measures handled, especially the $.50 mod. I kinda feel like I should due the alternator before it decides to crap out when we have the camper hooked up.

Installed steering stabilizer. Shocks will be next after they come in.
