There are kits, but I haven't had any personal experience with them so can't make any recommendations. You may be able to pull the parts from a junkyard truck, I know the yard near me has several to choose from.

Hi Jared, just picked up a 67 Camper Special. Have posted a few questions and done some reading and research. Lot's of info on upgrading the brakes which is one of the first things I want to do. I don't have the time nor place to bring in a donor to pull the parts from. I have researched the conversion kits for the front but not finding much. Are there kits that you can recommend? If I need to do more research as to what is on the truck I can do that. It's the stock drum brakes as far as I know.
