Conversation Between jk080 and jamiron

hi jk080 im a new user i have explorer but my question is in reference to an old post on an 2006 focus. You posted the diagram of the vavle body and solenoids. My focus shudders and shuts off while i brake. i was told the convertor is locking up. I drop the pan the fliud was low but good color not burnt no metal or debris in the pan. i added fluid and no change. i was told this tranny dosent have tcc lock up solenoid, but one or more of the solenoid in that diagram should control that. and if not do you think i need a new converter on2006 focus with 90k by the way the code is a p0741
