Welcome to FTE and congrats on the new truck. I also traded my 2007 Dodge 2500 Mega w/5.9 Cummins for a 2011 F-250 and never looked back.

 

As time goes on I think all of us would like to hear your impressions of the Ford vs. the Dodge. Not looking for negative Dodge stuff, just honest opinion on how you find the Ford as you get used to it.

I used to be a bowtie driver and was immediately impressed with the chassis and suspension, especially the manners of the truck when towing trailers.

Now, take advantage of all the knowledge and helpful tips posted here daily. You will quickly know the "Cowlicker" and enjoy his posts, among others.

 

I could never talk smack about the 5.9 Cummins. That engine was great to say the least. The drivetrain is another story. I will post when I get a good feel for sure.
