There is lots of companies in Canada that advertise crank rebuilding, but they actually send 800R cranks to CV Tech in Quebec.
Seedoo clinic is an option I am looking at. I have heard that alot of their 800R cranks have failed, but it my research leads me to believe that it was due to a bad production run of bearings. Seedoo clinic also offers a couple of different options, they can do a big bearing conversion if I send them the case halfs(they also drill the case halfs to oil all the bearings), or they can drill my case halfs and use normal sized bearings, or I can just get an exchange crank.
Decisions, decisions I will probably phone them in the next few days and see what they say.

I can think of worse jobs
I went out for a ride on Saturday (with my horses, not the sled).
Sunday I helped my dad reorganize his shop to make room for my sled to be torn down, and then discovered the bad runout The problem with the big bearing kit is that you can never go back to a refular bearing, not to mention the fact that it is the oiled bearings that are failing on the 800R.
