Best mechanic/dealer in Virginia Beach area?

Who would be the best dealer to go to in Virginia Beach Virginia for work. Have a friend who just bought an 05 diesel F-250 with about 90,000 miles and he is smelling coolant already.Who is the best dealer to take it to close to that area who will fix it and do it right. I like Scott Wisenhunt here at Thomasville Ford here in North Carolina, but that's too far for him. Any help will be appreciated!!
Thanks!

When I was in Suffolk, Va this summer, my 6.0 had to go into the shop. Everybody who works on 6.0's pointed me toward Colonial Ford of Tidewater. Its not far from Virginia beach maybe 15-20 miles.

They were fast turn around, and alot cheaper than most dealers that dont do much 6.0 work. New EGR, and oil cooler replaced in 2 days. not bad when there was 3 trucks ahead of me.

Before I Retired I have carried several Different size trucks to Colonial Ford. Fast turn around. Great service.

Blake Ford in Franklin, Va did my EGR & Oil Cooler replacement. It took a week to get the truck back, It was not Blake Ford that took so long ,it was the Exended Warrrenty company that held up the repair. Wesley the Ford Tech at Blake Ford said that It was a two day repair.
