I was gonna say isn't that one where there was a TSB on the wiring for the fuel pump gasket and wiring.

Wow, this is awesome! You sure don't waste any time! I commend you for your ambition. On a side note, your neighbors must hate you! My HOA would never allow me to tear a truck apart in my driveway, let alone two! I'm not even allowed to change my oil in the driveway...has to be done in my garage.

Will definitely be changing that gasket after the cab is off and the motor is put back in.

Both trucks are in the garage now. I only took the 08 apart right away so I could get it running and driving so I didn't have to push it into the garage.

Started gutting the rest of the interior on the EX tonight. Got all the seats, carpet, seat belts, plastic and head liner out. Will post some pics tomorrow when I can get the Ex out of the garage and pull the head liner out the back.

Wow this project is moving right along, congratulations on your progress. It looks like you have a 2 car garage, how are you working on these two big vehicles in such a confined space? Not to mention what are you doing with all the parts you take off? Taking any vehicle apart like you are; the parts alone could take up twice the space of the vehicle. I'm really looking forward to the finish product, it will be awesome.

Got the frame out from under the Ex. Had about 1/4" to spare. Time to gut the frame and get ride of the motor, trans, transfer case and front axle. So I can make some room in the garage for the tear down of the 08.
