I just replaced my heads and put in studs. I was wondering if anyone has installed studs/replaced gaskets and then had a future failure?

 

I have and I know several people that have. It depends on how flat the heads are when they are installed.

 

Seen it happen to plenty of guys...

I had a very very minor puke after my studs, but I was pulling a big *** boat with my 140hp race tune, and not taking it easy. But even then it was just a few spots of coolant around the cap...and it never did it again.
