87 f150 no start

have checked both fuel pumps good flow and 57 lbs. but fuel pump relay chatters badly
no spark. check coil neg with test light one flash then dim.
thought it was moduel, changed moduel with dist, cap,pip,rotor. better first spark but no run. unplugged spout have good spark but no fuel.
will run on either????????????

When you turn the key to on (but don't start), do the fuel pumps run for about 2-3 seconds then stop?

Have you tried cranking the motor with a fuel pressure gauge on the rail to see if the pressure is dropping off?

no start

fuel pump relay makes a lot of noise, like ground loose but i don't know where it is. i can ground the fuel pump test and it stays on

did not try cranking with guage in place will try that in am
