Rims...bright aluminum or black

So I've been reading up and looking at pics of black rims on SD's and am looking for some opinions. I had a buddy of mine photo shop the rims black on my f350 so that I could get a look at what they might look like. In the 2 pictures below (hopefully), I have the truck as it sits now (bright) and also with the rims blacked out. Pay no mind to the awful tires...in the process of getting new ones...it should look a little better with Toyo Mt's in place of the conti-craps. Just kind of curious what other people think as I am on the fence with it. If I was to do black, I would probably black out the front and rear bumper and grill as well. Hope the pics work and sorry for the size, probably should have downsized a bit.

Shiny wheels will never be out of style. Black rims are just an ugly fad. They belong on beater trail rigs with cheap steel wheels, not on new expensive trucks.

Blue

For a blue truck like yours chrome is better - the black doesn't look right. I think it's because they're too close to being the same color or something. What the heck do I know? I can't choose a tie to match a white shirt lol!

I'd go with the birght ones. If you had more black accents on your truck you could make black work, but as it sits now they would look out of place.

My vote is keep them as is. If you had a all black truck, they would look Great.

Black Rims don't look good on bigger trucks for some reason. I love the way they look on Wranglers, Tacoma’s, and Rangers, but they just look trashy on most 1/2-Ton and above trucks.

I much prefer the bright aluminum look.

Thanks everyone. The overwhelming vote for polished was kind of what I was anticipating. I'll just leave them as is, with the exception of the tires that is .

Definitely aluminum. The black doesn't work with the metallic tan lower trim.
