Rosewood Stage I's Installed (with video)

Installed my Stage I's yesterday. First of all, thank you Jim for getting them done so quickly and helping me through this whole process. It runs like new again, only better! This truck MOVES now!

Here's some revving up to about 3k RPM. Hopefully I can get my wife to help me out and get some drive by and take-off videos soon as well.

Can't see the video on the work computer. I thought you did stage 1's early in the year?

Doing the DIY injector part didn't turn out as well as I'd hoped. Very glad I sent them in to Jim. Installing them was pretty easy. Just be sure you put a bolt or two in the valve cover when you put it over the heads with the glowplugs pulled to blow the oil out. I didn't bolt it at all and the valve covers flew off and oil shot everywhere! Just make sure you get all the oil out before you bolt everything back on.

Yeah, definately more smoke when it's moving!

I did the DIY kit about 2 months ago, but had issues with injectors not firing. Turns out after Jim looked them over they were in need of some R&R. So Jim went through them and fixed them up for me and now they run perfect!

I think I got the air bubbles out today. It was still taking a couple seconds to fire up yesterday, starts right up today.

Still running like a champ!

Mine did the same thing. I love the II's, I showed my brothers the power and the first thing they said was "A truck this big isn't supposed to go that fast"

I'm working on it... I've been busy with the baby and work and medical stuff.

I'll try to get some when I get back from Cali in December.
