4R100 Rebuild Tips?

At 190k the 4R100 in the Expedition is about on its last legs, so I'm preparing to rebuild it. Anyone have any tips or tricks before I start on it? The truck doesn't tow much, and has a bone stock 5.4, so I don't need it built super heavy duty, I just want it to last. I'm thinking the master clutch/steel/seal kit from here 4R100 transmission kit with bonded pistons 4R100 transmission kit
I'll put in a transgo shift kit and probably an OE TC. I'm not sure if I should plan on the pump being worn out or not? And what is normal practice with the solenoid pack on a rebuild? Should I put a new one in just to be safe, or are they normally ok?
Anything else that is a must replace item while I am in there?

Thanks for any input.

Put in the PR valve from Sonnax and the boost valve. As for the shift kit adding it to an electronically controlled transmission isnt always a good idea. The solenoid pack should probably be replaced with a replacement one from Ford, bout $150. New one way clutches and sprags, thoroughly clean the valve body and take your time with that. They are a pretty easy trans with the proper tools. Have fun. Let me know if you need anything else.

The transgo kit comes with the boost valve, and I'm pretty sure the PR valve. I put the kit in my F250 and love the way it shifts, as does everyone else who builds a performance 4R100 it seems, so I don't see it causing a problem.

So an intermediate sprag, overdrive sprag, and an overdrive roller clutch? Im not seeing a listing for any one way clutches, I'll have to look somewhere else for them i guess. Thanks for your input.

The one way clutch would be your roller clutch.
