88 F150 2WD Shock Recommendations?

Hiya,

The two front shocks are worn out on my recently acquired '88 F150 Ext Cab 2WD. Also, I'll eventually be replacing the backs. I'm looking for a recommendation about what brand/model to replace them with. I use the truck mostly for commuting and hauling crap around, some light towing. For the fronts, I'd like to stay in a reasonable price range, under $50 each if possible. For the rears, I was considering a set of coil-overs, though I have never used any before. The rear of the truck seems to sag easily and I thought this might help that problem. Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Matt

BTW, I know this is posted in another forum here on the site...I screwed up and can't figure out how to delete the other post. on my part.

I would suggest Monroe gas magnum shocks. They are the yellow ones. I have had them before and they are good shocks.

I have Rancho RSX on mine right now and really like them. I don't care for Rancho 5000 at all, since they are not a gas charged shock.
