Mr. Shotgunz had this link in his signature, and you can get a 1996 Bronco OM there, i guess this will be one of the last years it will be up:

Helm has paper copies, 19.00 for 1990 version, comes with maintance schedule too.

The maintenance schedule is on that link also, and it also refers to Helm for printed copies. That's some great info just there.
