No Start After HPOP Seal Service

No Start After HPOP Seal Service
Replaced seals on the HPOP. After I put everything back together the truck won't start. Fuel is filling up in the fuel filter but is not making to the engine. No sign of fuel or oil in the valley. HPOP reservoir is full and all connections have been cleaned and tripled checked.
Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the welcome and the help. Unfortunately the IPR is plugged in and all pertinent fuses look good, just no start. Should I take everything apart and try again? Is the IPR sollenoid bad?
It loosened the fuel lines after the filter and they are showing fuel. The problem is after the fuel filter and to the pump maybe?

Make sure that the ipr connection is not crack and the wires are good, then do the same for the icp. Then recheck the HPOP level as it may have lost some level. Crank it some more and it should start and run like crap. If it does start get it out on the road and run it to get the air out. If fuse 22 is good under the hood then it should run but any air in there will not let the pressure get up to the pressure needed for the injectors to operate.

The IPR connection is well used but still looks good. What should the voltage be at that connection and at what times? Or resistence? HPOP level has always remained high since I refilled it, level actually increased to the absolute top. Oil pressure comes up to normal range and RPM is showing 200 or so RPMs. Battery voltage is good.
Should I replace IPR or wire set?

What seals did you replace exactly? Did you happen to remove a plug and forget to put the little ball back in there? Did you remove the HPOP from the motor? Make sure you got the teeth on the gears lined up right on the re-install? Are you saying the oil level in your HPOP reservoir is now all the way up to the bottom of the inspection plug? Excess oil should be draining down through the stand pipe.
The little nut is snug on the back of the IPR? Have you tried unplugging the ICP and trying to start?

I replaced the seals on the IPR and the seal on the HPOP. What little black ball? and how do I know if the gears were lined up? I would suspect the gears not to be lined up as I cracked the oil lines out of the pump and I wasn't seeing much oil. Do you know of a place to buy a new IPR, without the valve? Ford wants $500 for the whole assembly.
I was able to get fuel passed the filter after bleeding the air out of the lines. I have now narrowed it down to the HPOP and its components not pumping the oil to fire the injectors.
Thanks for the help, I'll try it as soon as the weather gets better.

Which o-rings on the HPOP did you replace specifically?
On this picture, was it the internal o-rings, at the rear plug, at the "non-serviceable" plug, the gasket that goes on the front of the HPOP? The one behind the rear plate and snap ring? Did you pull the HPOP out of the truck to do the work? Also, the IPR is a valve, so I'm not sure what part you're asking for without the valve.
Just trying to get on the same page here. Have you checked the wiring to the IPR to make sure it's not chaffed? Where did you get the new o-rings for your IPR that you've already put on?
