Noisy rear hubcap on my Alcoa's

Just wondering what you guys do to get a 'rattling' hubcap nice and tight, to stop the noise from happening. Most noticeable when the window is down, but I'd like a fix for the problem if anyone has an idea.

The ring inside seems to fit tightly, and the tabs all look ok, but there is obviously something different than when it was new, as it never use to do this!

Thanks in advance...
