I don't know anyone out there, but if you can access any tools it would be relativly easy to change your starter. I can list the tools you would need if you like.

Midwest Short Throw Shifter?

If it is a manual tranny, no reason to be stuck with a dead starter.

Push, pull or drift start and drive to a place you can get parts.

have someone hold the truck in the start position and beat on the starter with a hammer or other blunt object or try crossing the lugs on the starter solenoid on the fender with a screw driver to get yourself started

Sam......WHERE THE HELL IS SKY CITY? I grew up in NM and never heard of that. Tell us where you are, and have you beat the starter yet?

Man I feel for ya. But as noted, the starter is an easy swap. I think it is the upper bolt, some people might claim is a PITA, but I zero trouble a socket on an extension couldn't handle. Make sure and disconnect the battery grounds before starting though, you have one hefty cable mainlining to them if dangling around in some close quarters otherwise. I don't see how anyone can be lucky enough to not short it out.
