I found this below at CT Autoranch website for 1971 Ford LTD hubcaps. They look very similar to your pictures especially the top two.

The First ones pictured are D6TZ-1130-A and they fit 1976-1991 F-100/F-150, E-100/E-150, various cars with 15" rims (LTD/Galaxy/Ranchero/Torino). They will also fit 1976-1991 F-250/F-350 and E-250/E-350 with adapter ring. Universal Hubcap identifier #FRD958. This is the updated part to the one below.
The Second one pictured is the original and is superceeded by the one above and fits 1968-1977 F-100/F-150, E-100/E-150, Various Cars with 15" rims (LTD/Galaxy/Ranchero/Torino), will also fit 1968-1976 F-250/F-350, and E-200,E-250/E-350 with the adapter ring. Universal Hubcap Identifier #695
They will fit basiclly anything with a 15" rim, or 16" rim with adapter ring. But the years listed above are year and application correct.

Look at post #8. The older set stopped production in 1976 with it's last year used in 1977.
The D6TZ-1130-A, that replaced it was used from 1976 untill 1991.
This info comes direct from the parts manual I have.

I found 4 identical hubcaps wheel covers in my grandfathers garage.
Hub caps only cover the center of the wheel, wheel covers cover the entire wheel.

Original applications: 1976/79 F100/350, 1976/78 E150/350 & 1979 E100/350.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Wheel covers (note: two different versions) pictured in Post #7: D2AZ1130J -above (replaced D1AZ1130A-below) .. Wheel Cover. Notice the D1AZ wheel cover has a slightly different center emblem.
Original Ford Passenger Car/Truck Parts Catalog applications: 1971/72 Galaxie/LTD / 1972 Ranchero / 1971/77 F100 / 1975/77 F150 / 1972/77 F250/350 / 1971/74 E100/200 / 1972/74 E300 / 1975/77 E150/E250/E350.
F250/350, E300 & E250/350? Yes, fellow members, I kid you not.
Beginning in 1972 Ford offered a 16" trim ring (D2TZ1210A). In order to install D2AZ1130J & D6TZ1130A 15" wheel covers on F250/350 & Econoline 16" wheels...
The trim rings were snapped onto the wheels-first, then...the 15" wheel covers snapped into the trim rings! Not a good idea for the paying customers (partsguys on commission-a great idea!), cuz the wheel covers tended to fly off.
When you consider parts swapping and the fact that dealers would install any 'ol wheel cover the customer desired, who knows which wheel cover will be found on what year truck...or passenger car.
Cracker289: LTD's introduced in 1965, all have 15" wheels.
limegoldf100: Ford also used 15" wheels on 1962/64 HiPo Customs, Galaxies, Mercury Marauders, S-22's and Ford/Mercury P/C's (Police Cruisers).
These same cars (excepting the P/C's) without HiPo engines came with 14" wheels as did 1957/61 full sized Fords.
Ds7776: First year Ford offered full wheel covers for F100 2WD & 4WD's was in 1966, but...the covers usually seen on the 2WD's (C6AZ1130G) thru 1970 (4WD's thru 1979) are the same covers used on 1966 Galaxie/LTD's and 1966/77 Bronco's.
The front wheel covers (C7TZ1130H) used on 1966/76 F100 4WD's, 1975/79 F150 4WD's & 1966/77 Bronco's have a red plastic ring (instead of an emblem) which allows the 4WD's hub to poke thru.
btw: I didn't look in the 1980 and later truck parts catalogs to see what else D6TZ1130A's fit. Typing this jazz took long enough.
