Here's a pic of the engine with everything hooked up but the air filter.

And yes, that is the stock DP, or part of it to be exact, I cut a piece out of the stocker so I "could" run the truck. The 3" DP should be here this week.

That looks great man! I sure wish I could take it off your hands. I've got another motor when you're ready to move to the next one!

very cool. These diesels are fun to work on, I prefer them over gassers any day. What was the total time it took to do it?

To be totally honest My Dad and I think that we are going to sell mine and keep this one. If I was going to sell it it would be around 6k.

Thats right! The first thing will be gauges. and I am straight piping the exhaust, I already gutted the EBPV, and I am in the process of making my own 6637 filter setup.

I started out working on gassers a few years ago, and then Dad bought his first Powerstroke, I was instantly hooked..... And once you start learning the differences, they are actualy easier to work on than gassers.
I didn't keep an exact record of the time I've spent, but I would guess about 50 hrs of actual productive time. Its almost done, I am waiting on the downpipe to come. yesterday I changed the rear differential fluid (It has LS 4.10s) and I am getting the brake drums turned and getting new shocks on the back today.

Thanks to all for the interest in my project, It makes it more fun!
