If price is no concern I would buy the entire Manifold with the EGR delete from GoGoDiesel EGR Delete System The most advanced EGR delete system for your 6.0L Powerstroke.

If you are worried about stock apperiance I would look at the EGR delete form BulletProofDiesel - Darn-Near Bullet Proof Diesel Products for your 6.0

I'm sure most of the vendors on here offer a cheaper alternative that is still a good product.

I was wondering what yalls opinion is on this one 6.0L FORD 6.0 POWERSTROKE F250 EGR VALVE DELETE KIT: eBay Motors (item 250629250646 end time Jul-07-10 07:11:47 PDT)
I have the white smoke but it only appears every few days and I have to travel back to Al. from Mo. friday about 560 miles. I haven't noticed any change in performance and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to tear anything up before I had a chance to fix it this weekend.

I used that kit when I did mine. Kit works fine but it was a little out of line on the tube and I had to somewhat forcefully move it. You will likly have the same issue though wih what ever kit you use.
RCD makes a kit just like it as well.
like I said lot of options.

When the time comes, I'll be welding both ends of my cooler to keep it all looking stock.

River City Diesel has their EGR deletes on ebay for $200, which is 100 less than most others and is a great kit.
P.S. just ordered one today.

It should be okay, no guarantees though. I would unplug the EGR before starting it in the morning to make sure it is closed, should help keep coolant out of the intake.

Check your oil cooler before you delete you EGR! You may need to replace it also.

I agree with cheezit, all the kits pretty much do the same thing and all look decent to me.

Do the oil cooler at the same time as the egr delete and do a coolant flush with vc-9. Also would be a great time to install a coolant filter if you dont alreadyt have one.
