The windshield wipers are not working on any setting. Checked the fuse first, it's good and there's power to the contacts. Next I ohms tested the multi-function turn signal and it seems to be working, showing different resistance for the various wiper settings. Now I'm looking for the wiper motor governor and don't know where it is located? After that I understand there is a park switch that can go bad. I read quite a few threads on this topic but still not having luck. Any help would be most appreciated.
