Question Bolt on performance

Hi I have a 1996 F150 with the 300 (4.9L). Currently I have a K&N air filter and magnaflow exhaust. I was just wondering what other bolt on performance parts I could get that would have any noticeable effect on power/mileage. Or if anyone had any ideas about anything relatively cheap and simple I could do that would be great. Im just looking for ideas.

I don't think there's a lot you can do with the OBD-II system used on the 4.9L. It was a rather short term combo.....
