73-79 inner fenders into bumpside

I know this has been covered before, but I can't find the thread. Hood blew up on my 72 & ripped out the hinges & mounting pads. I've got a complete 78. I just need to know if the inner fenders & hinges will bolt up to my bumpside without much difficulty. Thanks, Vin

you will need to change the brackets that mount to the cab aswell to the newer ones and use the 73-79 hood hinges.core supports will change also but would need to drill new holes for hood latch.
