95 f250 psd shackle reversal question

Hey everyone, I have read alot about the ttb front on here but havent seen the answer to my question. I have a 95 f250 4x4 with ttb of course and I want to put the sky shackle reversal kit on it.Will I
need the axle pivot drop bracket or will I be able to align it without. Im not even sure if the rsk kit will even work right with the ttb and factory springs, there are many different epinons on this what do yall think?

I think i found my answer but here is my problem. I just got a really good deal on some Robbie Gordon beadlocks and 315 tires but my truck needs a little more lift to be able to run the tires. The truck is mostly my haul/farm truck but I want it to stay road worthy. I want about 3-4inch lift just to clear the 315 tires. The truck needs a alignment bad so I thought I would get the sky rsk kit for now ,have it aligned, and later when I find a d60 do a swat. If I go ahead with the 3in rsk kit now with stock springs do you think I will be able to get the allignment even close until I do the swap or will i need drop axle pivot brackets. thanks for your help

I didn't even know you could do a shackle reversal with TTB lol.
The guys in the off-road forum can probably help you the most regarding the SR.

Offroad & 4x4 - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums

Mind you, you will probably be told to put a solid axle under it lol.

The truck is mainly used for pullin trailers and boat just a beating arround truck we dont use it on long trips but i want it to be able to if needed. I have had the truck for about 9 years it had 180,000 miles on it when i bought it now has 287,000 on it still runs great. Its been a good truck I had the trans rebuilt at about 220,000 and last week i put another rear end (from a junk yard) in it. My old rear was just wore out the pinion bearings were bad and alot of ware in the ring and pinion. I found a good one in my local junk yard for 300$ and it was a 3L55 my old one was just a open 355 which is strange i didnt think 4x4s came with open rears. I was inspecting the front end last night and it needs new bushings and i found where someone put a wedge under the driverside front spring maybe this was to correct camber im not sure but the pass side dont have one and my buddies 96 dosent have them either. When i said wedge i mean someone jacked up the spring off the purch and put a wedge shaped piece of metal between the perch and the spring on the front side of the spring. I had never noticed this in 9 years and i do all my own repairs except alignments. The dana 60 swap just started looking a whole lot better now I just gotta find one. Im going to check my local jy today but im pretty sure they dont have any (I go there alot) its right down the dirt road from my house.

Well like I said, I was not aware you could do the shackle reversal on the TTB, well I can see it being possible, I just don't know why you would lol.

If your keeping the TTB, i'd say don't worry too much about the reversal. If you do happen to find a Dana 60 front for it (and sterling 10.25 rear would be ideal) i'd suggest posting any and all questions in the off-road section, as there are quite a few guys over there that have done the swap.

(You might try going over there to ask for the shackle reversal on the TTB anyways.)
