First off I want to say thank for the help on another question. I read on here somewhere that a 4.2l is nothing more than a stroked 3.8l. If this is the case can I put underdrive pullies for a 3.8l on my 4.2l and any other dress up parts made for a 3.8l? I am having trouble finding engine dress up parts for a 2002 F-150 with a 4.2l Thanks for the help
