I’m attempting to remove my clutch and brake pedal assembly for bushing replacement but not sure how the clutch master cylinder comes apart under the dash.it looks like there is a release clip on ,I think it’s called pcc? But am worried I’ll break it.does this actually come apart?

 

The master cylinder rod just pops off the little clip.
Use a big screwdriver to force it off
Plan on replacing the clip but most of the time you can save them
Might plan on replacing the little clutch lever with the pin too, as that is the wear point when the pin bushing gets worn
