Best sounding v10 exhaust

What is the best sounding exhaust setup for the V10?

I have read many many posts about exhaust but can find no true answer to this question. I know to each his own but .............

I have a 99 f250 SRW Super Cab. Right now the exhaust is all stock so I am looking for more sound ( louder with a good tune). I have looked at Dynamax, Flowmaster, Borla, and a few more but want the best sound.

I would like to know your setups and what you think of it. If you have any sound clips it would be much appreciated.....

here's some good FM sound clips, and a few others.

Sound & Video Clips

there was another thread on here with a borla (i think), and it had a nice rumble, with low interior sound.

I may look into the cherry bomb, I have read several who like them. How load is yours with the cherry bomb? Any sound clips?

My last truck was an f150 with duel strait outs so I am not worried to much about how load it is I am just looking for a good mellow tone without the 6 cyclinder sound.

Either of you heard the Dynamax Super turbo kit?

I have found the kit for about 270 and I think Dynamax has a 75 rebate going on right now with the rebate. That price is not bad for a cat-back split rear exit exhaust if it has the right sound.....

I've always been a fan of Dynomax's Super Turbo mufflers. I've run them (or one) on tons of cars, even on my 440hp supercharged Mustang GT (that's now sold) I tried LOTS of mufflers, there was a weekend where I ran Dynomax's, FM's, Magnaflow's, Thrush's, and finally back to the Dynomax Super Turbo's. I'm running one of the RV Super Turbo's on my V10 now - it is HUGE!!!

Hows the sound of the Super turbo on the V10? Do you have any sound clips?

For the 200 dollar price (after rebate)it would almost be cheaper to buy the exhaust kit than to buy a muffler and pay a shop to bend the pipes. Of course I don't think it comes with tips but........

Stock Manifolds, SPD Y-pipe, No Cat, stock muffler...

Another...

It was just TOO LOUD allthough I like the rasp it had.
Stock manifolds, SPD Y-pipe, 20" glasspack, 3" Dynomax RV muffler, and a resonated tip...

Thanks Man!!
It's a little different now with the headers. A bit quieter with a smoother tone. I'll take some quick video of it before I cut off the tip and try one without a resonator.

My vote for the best sounding one posted on the net is the Cherry Bomb, I plan on running that this summer once I get more important things, non truck related, like a Hornady LNL.

I hear that! Feels wrong just throwing all that brass away - or giving it to someone else.
