fuse panel

Hey I was in the fuse panel today and noticed that the fuse position no.13 on my 96 f350 is burnt/ melted has anyone had this problem before? Is there a easy anwser to why its like this? The fuse controls speed sensor etc. Isure would appreciate some help.

usually when you see fuses burnt up or melted but not blown (I assume this is what you are talking about) it is because they are makeing poor contact in the fuse box witch creates a lot of heat

So I will try to replace the fuse block and i'm putting a new fuse in to see what happens. Thanks for the help
