REPACK REAR WHEEL BEARINGS?

Any suggestions as to when to repack the rear wheel bearings on a 2001 F-250 SRW with 121,000 miles? Thanks.

THEY ARE LUBED WITH THE AXLE GREASE. NO NEED TO REPACK. IF YOU TAKE THE HUB OFF FOR SERVICE, PACK WITH A LITTLE GREASE SO THEY WONT RUN DRY UNTILL THE GEAR LUBE GETS TO THEM. JUST MAKE SURE THE GEAR LUBE IS FULL AND THE REAR END COVER IS NOT RUSTED OFF YET.
