glow plugs with anti-seize?

Just in the process of replacing glow plugs.... should they be put in with anti-seize or not?

Not needed. . I just dropped in mine. And torqued to 14ftlb or 168inlbs.

Ditto... Not needed. There is enough oil in there to choke a cat...
