I put on the right front shock, repaired my caliper mounting brackets, bent my dad's c-clamp, determined that I need new calipers. That's about where I ran out of time.
today i just drove my old girl around, had insane storms in these parts so the roads were nice and wet, whadyya know? a 77 4x4 can get sideways as good as any damned jap car

course it can! and it has the torque to keep the rpms lower but still drive you into a spin...
Installed new air cleaner, installed new breather, topped off radiator fluid, degreased the engine...and managed to get the distributor wet. Truck won't start now... Hefty bag, you let me down. >
I picked up my new calipers, and got my left side hub/rotor installed. All that's left on the front end is the right rotor/hub, change out the calipers, and put on the front diff cover and fill with fluid. Then it's the back brakes and shocks, leaky fuel line next to the filler spout. After that it'll be time to drive.
patched a hole in my toolbox with a nickel and some jb weld. sprayed wd40 on the ashtray (I hate that awful screeching sound it used to make) replaced my air freshener, and came up with plans for a bumper

Yeah, it's killin' me. Couldn't work on it yesterday or today, and it's all just sitting there waiting for me to put it back together. I can't wait to get this thing goin.
