Would anyone have (or know where to find) a wiring diagram for the 99-03 Navigator Steering wheel with the Cruise, Stereo and Environmental controls?

I am doing the swap with my 2000 EB Expedition, and want to add the audio controls.

I think I have it in my service manual, I'll try to find it later today and post it. I'm in the middle of a project or I'd do it now.

Unless someone else jumps in and does it first.

I just did this swap on my 2000 EB - if you still need info let me know. You absolutely have to replace the clock spring to get the controls to work. Also need to add a wire to the EATC to get climate controls to work. Didn't take long, just needed to know what to do.

 

Metaldog99, I am very interested in any information you have.

I no longer have the stock stereo. Can you tell me what wires handled the cruise controls, the audio controls, and the temp?

If you enable email from other members I can email you the diagrams - wire schematics and connector pinouts - in pdf format. That would be the easiest way and give you the best information.

OK - having issues with the Ford site tonite, I should have the diagrams for you by tomorrow.

 

I just sent you a PDF file with all of the diagrams and connector pinouts that I used to get the Nav steering wheel controls working with Expy radio (actually my new AVIC-z110BT) and the Expy EATC (climate control). The trickiest part was adding the wire to the EATC connector - I ended up using a small spade lug socket (female) that I bent into a cylinder to fit into the connector. It locked into the connector with no problem and worked first time. I can post pics if needed.
