Finally it's 50 and sunny!! It's been so overcast and grey that everyone here has been getting grumpy! (Not me of course)

Sorry Dave....Your to late!

My wife learned how to make it like my grandma. She sear's both sides, then makes gravy with the grease in the pan, and let's it simmer in the gravy for 4 hours! It is soooo good!
