I am actually switching it over to a flat bed. Looking for a pair of the short running boards, in case anyone knows of a source. Sticking with stock fenders in front.

The wheels on there are just some temp rollers. I do plan to go with the red so I couldn't resist painting them to get the effect.

Do you still have the bed and rear fenders? If so, are they in good shape?

Sorry, no. Had them posted in the classifieds. Sold it all to a guy from Louisiana.
