4.2 Coolant in oil

I have a 99 F-150, 4.2 V-6. I had the engine rebuild last year. It had 2 bent rods because of intake gasket leak. Now I have a coolant leak in the front cover (it was in casting line near the water pump.) I fix this with JB Weld. While I was at it I change the oil and notice coolant in the oil. My question is, could the front cover which houses the water pump be leaking inside and allowing coolant to get in the oil?
