Looking at that windshield decal and the visor I can't help but to speculate on what was going through that person's mind when they tried to combine the two? Let's see, I want a decal so that people can see it but I want a visor to block the sunlight...I know, I'll just tilt the visor back! Why do my eyes still hurt???
This should be a good looking truck when you are done with it, personally I don't mind the corrections I have to make to a truck that are caused by mother nature...it's the PO's work that is irksome. Keep up the good work!

my paint came off when I pulled the decals of my truck. I guess after 30+ years they did not want to part company.

looks good, run it

i scraped those decals off too. i agree, why do you have visor on it to cover the decals. it really was a great marketing deal that this bail bondsman did. he had several vehicles all painted yellow and blue. lettered them, and parked them all around town. mobile bill boards. the state of texas screwed with him about it but he always won the battles. the old timer passed away a couple of months ago. his son has the biz now, but they sold have 1/2 the bill boards. another one was a 22 t big truck. a 60's dodge power wagon, corvair pickup. i dont know what all. i have eyed this truck since we moved to town in '95. been running it all over town. thinking about lettering it for our shop. use it for our shop truck till we are ready to tear into it. the old beast gets a lot of looks.
