Neal, if you want bars you can come see me and i will build your bars. i swore i would never do it again, but its really not that hard. probably take us a full day to get them all done up and painted HOT pink to go on your rig. haha

Yeah I have toyed with making them myself but if he has something that looks good and for a good price it doesn't hurt to ask.

Right now I am going to put in some SD F-350 springs and see how that affects the wheel hop and axle wrap I have.

I think it was Oversize that said that taking the rear blocks out would make for less wrap/hop. i'm going to try this out in a few weeks............

I have long traction bars on my F-305 (Black Truck) and the axle hop is still pretty bad. I've tried different pre-loads, doesn't seem to matter.
On the drag truck, no blocks and same bars there's no hop whatsoever, with slicks = a lot more bite. ???
Might be in the blocks...

the more blocks there are in the rear the more wrap/hop you will get, that is basically what oversize was saying.

Jim, when you took your blocks off did you have to get different U bolts???

Thanks for the derail

Neal, I dunno if you've seen One Up Offroads traction bars or not but most would tend to agree that they are the best on the market, only down fall is their $1k price tag. That beind said, DI is building a kit that offers the same qualitys of many of the market leading traction bar setups for a fraction of the price. I cant say how much David's traction bar kit is, but trust me when I say its gonna be pennies compared to the others. Let me know if we can do anything for ya

Back on track, Black friday slae is gonna be great, lots of products for amazing prices. Rumor is that DI's 6 position chips will be going out the door for $299 :O

i think the black truck of Jim's used to have 400cc injectors in it. that would make a very very smoky truck!!! haha.

Steve, my bars work perfectly and i have about $80 in them. haha. i so still have hop but thats not at fault of the bars. mine are build like the lazar smith bars. simple yet effective
