solid axle swap

I am trying to get some parts together for a d 44 sas. I need to find out where I can get a 92 f 350 trac bar and bracket and a 92 steering arm. I think its called the drag link, the part that goes from the pitman to rest of the steering componets. I already have a 4" lift and think that I can use my drop pitman arm. Thanks. The truck is my 96 f 150 and the axle is a 78 d 44 out of a 150.

Thanks. The more I look at trac bars the more I think I'll just fab it up myself from the local farm store. Probably make it adjustable for a 6in lift.
