I have 3 custom King Ranch saddles(now it helps that my grandmother when to grade school with the master saddle maker there and they have kep up their friendship) and several commercially made saddles and there wasn't much of a difference price wise(couple of hundred dollars, not much relatively speaking), but the quality and craftmanship of the KR saddles is far worth the extra couple of hundred on the saddles. I would say the same for the truck seats as well.

I love my 2005 KR. I probably would not buy another one because I am not a fan of the leather that Ford uses in the 08+. It looks too orange to me.
The old leather is Castano leather. The leather in the newer ones is called chapparal. It seems like Ford used standard leather and had it dyed that orangy color and slapped the KR logo on it. I could be wrong. And if I am, I am sure that someone will let me know, LOL.

I REALLY like my 03 KR F250 crewcab!! It's my first Ford truck and it's BY FAR the best interior I've had in ANY vehicle. BTW I have a full leather bench seat in the rear, I was told it's NOT standard but I am glad it's there. Hauling the family around is much better when you can sit 3 or even 4 in a pinch across the back. Too bad the front isn't the flip up 3rd seat. In today's times a regular guy CAN have a KR, I am living proof of that. I am by no means well off, just happen to be blessed with the right deal at the right time. I sold my old truck, and got my KR for $2000.00 more. I can't compair the regular interior package to the KR but I WILL LOVE the heated seats in the winter.

05 KR with 75K
got it used about 1 yr ago: the front seat wasn't in that good of a shape, but with some efforts it came back to a fairly good stat. The back seats are pretty much mint (the old owners must have been a couple with no kids...or friends)
Really like it not just because of the leather, but also the Copper metallic exterior....
i would probably get another one.

I love my KR. but it is more than just the leather seats, there is the logo badge on the dash, the logo on wheel caps, the stylish stainless steel strip down the sides, the leather grab handles, the wheel well trim, the color matched mirrors in my case white, not sure how much is just king ranch features but when on the super duty, it makes it a super impressive truck. I baught mine used 2mths ago and it is a real joy to drive.Cleaning is not any worse than cloth seats, like stated earlier if your use to cleaning saddles it's no big deal.

Got the King Ranch package on our 08 450 and love it to the death. The leather feels awesome. Question is the King Ranch leather conditioner I bought from Kingranch.com work for the 08 Seats and also it rained the other day and water got on the seats and left stains. Will I be able to get the stains out? If so how?

I dont have one but I have had the pleasure of washing a few at my dad's dealership and have to say they are the most amazing trucks. Not only does the interior look good it also smells great too. It is however a little work with the seats but who cares if you love your trucks then it wont be a problem keeping them looking sharp.

Leather will show signs of use, usually getting darker, some scratches, but it is more durable than cloth buy a long ways.
I have a saddle made by Fred Muller my dad got it when he was 12 years old and it was used then, that was 60 years ago.It has gone thru rain, snow, sweat, mud and blood, you name it has probably seen it, including Mt. St. Helens ash. And after a good cleaning it almost smells like new leather.
I imagine the seats will develop their own character over time and out last the trucks.
