Sad day at P.Y.P!

Boy, what a disaster. I spent over an hour unbolting a set of brand new dual exhaust with tailpipe from a 76 or so Ford with 460 engine.
I had to run home to get a hacksaw to finish getting it all out, and when I came back... IT WAS ALL GONE!!! I was soooo choked!
I grabbed the grille, fender, and visor from the truck, paid for it, and put it in my truck. Then I started thinking how choked I was that I didn't get what I came for after all my hard work, that I picked up the parts I just bought, and gave them back to PYP for my money back! Even after the work it took to get THAT stuff off!
That figures, the way things have been going for me all summer!
My truck needs exhaust badly, as someone has squashed the driver side pipe and welded it in an absolute 90 degree joint to the passenger side! Talk about choke an engine! No wonder I can't get the sucker to idle right!
Well, there's my rant.
Peace

Mark

Hey Dennis.
The truck was just brought in; a green one (two tone, I think.)
It was the only 460 truck there; an F250. I watched a guy pull the 3 core 'desert cooler' rad out, then he just left it there because it wasn't a 4! (I even told him that!) It was gone too when I got back, but I didn't need it anyway...
I got back there around 9:30 or 10:00, something like that... Pretty stupid to go back for the saw, huh? LOL Oh well, money is spent now anyway...

That's right too.
All the others were 400's.

I got plenty off that truck.

They brought others out after, finishing with a 75 or 76 with a topper.

Was the one with topper a Supercab? I saw that too. Right on the end. I got the sunvisor from that one, I think... It is now missing a grille and driver fender, too! If you want those parts, they should be in the first truck box at the door, unless someone else got them.

Oh, and the green seat back from that one is in the box too... I decided against it as well. Same color and pattern as mine. I just needed the seatback unlock wire, but I took it all because I don't think those come out... But like I say, it's still at PYP!
