looks like it would make a better rear bumper to me, but way better then stock for a front.. you should move it to the rear and build another for the front.

I like to have something to stand on when I work on my truck, which is why I love my front bumper.

i would really love a big solid custom bumper, would it be a good idea to try to find someone who does custom fabricating and have them weld one together out of scrap? the prices online for bumpers is retarded

At the time, it had an identical rear on it, except it had a receiver in the middle of it, with an additional spine added width wise inline with it. No lights, no winch, I always managed to break lights off when they were on the bumper haha

Better pictures of my front bumper. A side view too so you can see how simple it is. Just a tube up front with some diamond plate welded on top. Best of all, there is a nice long base on top to stand on!

I will mount some lights on it sometime in the future and put some sort of shackle or hooks on it.

Edit:
Wow! I didn't know the extention cord was still attached to the front. I rigged a switch from some old cord. I took a push button starter from an old semi I had and wired it on the end. It worked to run the winch, but was a pain in the *** to plug in all the time, so I wired a switch into the truck too lol.

You have to upload it to the internet first. You can't show images straight from your computer. Make an account at PhotoBucket and then upload the picture. Then you can just post the link with the image tags and it should show up.

I got both the winch and the cable for free!

The winch didn't work when I got it, I pulled it apart and cleaned everything up and it worked. I got the cable from a guy I work with because he just needed to get rid of it. Its helped me quite a few times lol.

Heres the deer killer.

I haven't had the chance to kill anything with it yet though.

RckSlash, that license plate seems vulnerable. I need to mount my license plate on the body of my truck. It always gets bent up on the bumper. I remember this one time with my old bumper, I was trying to get off a trail, backed through a ditch and hit my bumper, I bent the bumper in and compacted the license plate to a 1" ball. Managed to unroll it and zip tie it to my tail gate handle though lol.
