They have great customer service and will do just about anything to take care of their customers.
They are good at customer service because just about everything they sell doesn't work properly and you have to send it back. I know of several people that had problems with their stuff, but they go above and beyond to get you a replacement.
Not a very good reputation at all, yet they think very highly of themselves...

Andy, when in the world are you going to take advantage of your Inmate #????? For pete's sake, did it ever occur to you that I probably have 5 sets of injectors sitting in the shop.....waiting for someone to put one of Jims kits in them?
Or that I might have a few dozen UVC's?
You asked about the HPOP's in another thread.......might stand to reason that I "may" have 1 or 10 of those. And can get them modified for less than you spend on hair cuts.
YER KILLIN ME MAN!!!!! YOUR MOM TEACHES MY TRIPLETS, YOU LIVE 5 MILES FROM ME. (well, while your home) Why won't you come see me???????
Oh wait.....is it because I basicly work 24/7 Okay, you got me there. But when you needed a fuel bowl on the side of the road in the middle of the night....who had one? When you needed help with harness' at your house, who helped? Fuel line....who had it. And how much did I charge you???????? Nada, Zero, Zip, Zilch.....
Andy, brother, you are one of my first Inmates, you know I'll help you. All you gotta do is ask. And well, have patients with me. You of all people know I have alot on my plate. But I will bend over backwards for you man. Come see me if you need parts. Or come hang out with us. You and Becka are always welcome at my home and shop.

You're on. I would really like to meet you, Travis and the rest of the inmates. I am heading East anyway and I can arrange to stop in Texas for a couple of days.

A bunch of crazy folks if you ask me.
If the threat of rain ever leaves, I need to spend a couple of days in Austin. I know Cody has a crazy schedule, but I'll try and hook up with one or two of you while I'm down that way.
(sorry for the hijack)

Death Row Diesel is my personal shop. All the people that come to it, first become friends. Next once we've gotten to know you and you've participated in a project with us, you have the option to become an Inmate. Which means you have earned the right to carry my shop logo on your truck if you so choose. And are assigned an Inmate #. The long and short of it is that you have access to my shop, services, and everything it entails. Some will tell you that it's pretty much just a diesel club. I tend to think of it as that, but you ask any Inmate, or friend that has seen me operate, or my generosity, they will tell you it means much more.
Death Row Diesel Inmates are my closest friends and family. And the number of inmates is ever increasing. My door is open to everyone, and everyone is welcome to become an inmate. The only down side is that you have to adhear to my schedule. With 2 jobs, a wife and triplet 5yr old boys, my time is extremely limited in a normal persons world. So when the sun goes down, and everyone either desides they've had enough of me, or go to sleep, Death Row Diesel opens it's doors. Sometimes great things happen, sometimes we fill the trash can with empty beer cans, you never know. But make no mistake, if you have gone out of your way to make time to come to my shop, on my schedule, nothing short of great things will happen, I promise.
And if that's clear as mud.......
My shop is Death Row Diesel. The people that come to it are Inmates. They keep coming back because I pretty much give everything away, and work for free. And the inmates are ALL friends and family. Come join us if you get the chance.
