CARB is an agency with too much power, and it has, as it always does, corrupted the agency.
Several years ago, I dealt with someone who worked for CARB on an issue unrelated to the CARB mission. Arrogant, condescending, unpleasant, and right about everything. That's the profile for employment there methinks.

This guy said what they needed him to say so they just conveniently ignore the facts and his lie(s).
I am for being responsible with our planet, air and water.
I am against much of the 'Green' movement as revenue enhancement is a primary goal of many involved. Selling carbon credits is an excellent example.
