Ignition switch to actuator rod connections
Hey guys I am stuck on this repair im doing. I am working on my 89 f-150 w/460 efi. I have the steering wheel off and everything tore down to where i can mess with the little parts that connect the ignition switch to the actuator rod that goes down the steering columb. I am doing this because my ignition switch no longer starts the truck by itself or even does anything at the acc. spot etc. Once i got into it i found there were a couple parts that were loose in there and just not being functional which is what caused the problems. My questions is does anyone have a diagram of this that will show me how this is put togeather? I am having issues figuring out how it goes togeather to become functional again.

i figured it out. a piece broke off of my ignition switch so i gotta get parts to fix it. Question, I already have a push button switch hooked up to my starter, how could i rig up a switch to turn on everything as if i turned the key in the regular ignition switch, you know like the lights, guages, fuel pump, etc.
